Our Values
At Welbourne Primary Academy we believe our values should be at the HEART of everything we do. Our values have been created through discussion with the children, staff, parents and governors.
These values help us nurture and develop each child to reach their full potential and become responsible and caring members of our community.
We use our values to:

British Values
The Department for Education has identified the need to, ‘create and enforce a clear and rigorous expectation on all schools to promote the fundamental British values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs.’
Promoting British Values is an intrinsic part of our school ethos. We also have a yearly values cycle which are introduced through assemblies, PSHE and reinforced throughout the whole school day.
